Aykhan Rustamov

I build NetSuite systems, integrations and AI tools, and I stay with them after they ship. Most of my work is from 2026: the systems I build at Synergy3, a US home services company, and tools for clients alongside it.

What I build at Synergy3.

Since June 2026 I have been the NetSuite administrator and developer at Synergy3, a US home services company. Each system below was requested and specified by the company, and its design belongs to Synergy3. My part was the build: the scripts, records, screens and integrations, the rollout and the support afterwards. I also fixed what was failing quietly in the scripts left by earlier developers and stabilised the account. Nothing here shows company code or customer data.

Tablet app and NetSuite · Aug 2026

Warehouse picking and returns app

Warehouse staff pick and return stock from a tablet, and every move lands in NetSuite as a real inventory transaction. The hard part was the Wi-Fi: a save that drops halfway has to be safe to send again, so nothing is ever booked twice.

Maintenance plans and recurring billing

Maintenance plans used to live in a spreadsheet. I turned them into a proper NetSuite module in two weeks, then built the billing on top: renewals, card charges, retries and payment webhooks, all tested against the real payment gateway before a single customer was charged.

Permit packets and the permit portal

Permits used to be filled in by hand, form by form. Now one click on a job builds the whole packet: building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire and chimney forms, filled in and merged. AI reads the uploaded documents so nobody retypes them. The portal around it had stalled before I got it, so I rebuilt it.

In September I took over the company website as well. New landing pages for partner programmes and ads, lighter pages, better search visibility, and every lead form now goes straight into NetSuite with its source attached.

Integrations · Jul to Oct 2026

Integrations, SMS and Slack

The plumbing nobody sees. When a technician starts a job, the customer gets a text with an arrival window worked out from the van’s live location, and their reply lands on the right order. Dispatch requests reach Slack. Leads from Angi and Facebook land in NetSuite on their own.

AI and NetSuite · In progress

Work order intake, rebuilt in house

Partner programmes send work orders as PDFs. Every fifteen minutes a model reads each one and builds five records from it. The tool doing that was a closed vendor bundle nobody could read, and it had started creating duplicate customers and wrong dates. I documented every failure, cleaned up after it, and I am rebuilding the pipeline in house.

Job folders, field photos and storage

Every job has a Drive folder, and the paperwork should already be waiting in it. The right forms for each programme and utility are copied in on their own, technicians add photos from a portal that only accepts company accounts, and when the ERP ran out of file storage I moved 40 GB of old files to Drive without breaking a link.
